I want to be able to read and assimilate the content of this book. I would start with spiritual energy and self love to manage my life efficiently. Having to reinvent myself once again in life

We should keep this in mind in school environments and give students and kids the opportunity to recover their energy frequently

I have never read this book , but i have been trying to understand myself lately and did realize thathow my energy is changed and the ways i can better manage it , and i was able to tailor a custom ritual for my self . With activities balancing each other out. Thanks for the book summary
