Good info..i need help or advice kinda urgently New fall rear skull acute upper neck...long 20yr history of well defined lower cervical trauma.. 2cm left lesion on paretial lobe?cavernoma. Oblique lucency through base of dens on the left .? 51 yr old..former athlete. Pre existing.. C7 BRACHIAL PLEXUS INJURY. R C6 FRACTURE ? bilateral foraminal stenosis C5 issues.. Pain ++ mild arm & finger radiating electric and numbness etc. I have scans and radiologists reports They where " considering intervention surgery before new fall. I crawled into hospital.. Due to now being homeless and known with more existing? No new images where taken..? It's been two years now of instability and seizures? Just received new xray to reveal C2 injury and MRI report of cavernoma.. I suspect the fall at work directly My history is complex.. I am a well known and much hated " conflict patient .in some people's opinion which is why I am seeking " a range of reasonable opinion.? I am in Canada
Other history.. Right and left acj subluxatie separations Previous sternum separation diagprham injury. Right partial nephrectony With post op abdominal complications and well defined L 345 issues. Left and right inguinal hernias Left leg lower compartment syndrome. Left knee fracture horn ? And meniscus ? Tear. Unstable? Right aterial resection. Post concussion syndrome etc. Right hand 345 mcp reduction surgery major mess fracture dislocation.. Feel quite close to death.. Any ideas..? How can they hide this time..? This fall caused this directly.? Or ? Is it possible the lesion on the left paretial and the left base of dens ? Oblique lucency? Are not connected ? They have many many images prior to this new fall.. They watched me crawl into emergency and asked me to choose the worst condition? L345 ISSUES are ? Linked to a long denied? Abdominal torsion..left flank.. If I twist and cough my abdomen seizures into a twisted bowel feeling ? Of near life threatening emergency.. I was newly knocked unconscious and directly explained I have well known cervical injuries and YOU where considering intervention surgery? I was barely able to speak and directly vommiting and couldn't stand to my feet..? I couldn't fairly choose the worst thing ? As I lay on the floor? At the moment unable to triage myslef..
