Almost 30 and have been diagnosed since I was a kid, but I have NEVER seen someone so eloquently, humorously and accurately describe my experience and ways to help. I literally have shivers watching this
What's frustrating is I was in special education from 3rd to 12th grades and they did all this with me but never explained why or that I'll be needing this for my whole life. I'm angry that nobody told me til this video and I'm 33.
I live in a country where psychiatrists believe ADHD is child issue. Try to feel how i feel with my ADHD is not diagonsed while i am suffering every day trying to find a psychiatrist who can diagnose me so that i can start taking meds along with CBT
