no...bc most irate customers, when you tell them that they cannot get their money back; would say, "no! That's bullshit...I want my money back!", "I'm going to dispute this with my credit card/bank.'', ''You're going to get a terrible review."...no matter HOW you try to settle their problem. People are horrible nowadays, & are just looking for free shit.
