Modafinil is the only thing that helps my post stroke fatigue. 100 to 200 mgm daily, as required.

Please try this.General Anesthetic deep sleep for 6 hrs.Monitored throughout. I have never had any deep REM sleep for 2 years and it's like being suffocated from inside my head.Its.terrifying and after tablets.to sleep didn't work I come to the conclusion that a general Anesthetic is the answer I'm.willing to be a guinea pig any day.

I sleep all day and night looking for help.

Antidepressants not particularly effective.
