Hi my name is Duaa and I have open-heart surger of Arota valve replacement 5 years before ,and still am on daily based warrfin one warrfin per day on my surgeon had adviced.but now a days Am living in such an area where I don't have a heart specialist .the problem I have been facing that after 10 days of my monthly mentrual periods over which was normal I got again heavy periods and now it is almost of 12 days the bleeding is not stopping my area doc suggest me to stop warrfin for 2 days but still bleeding is not over..My INR report is 2.1 as it should be 1.1 The question I wanna ask what shoul I do? Plz if u recieve this comment plz let me know what should I do in this swear condition.
