Joseph, I don't think Rob Moor could run your business and you couldn't run his. The culture of every business is very individual and only the creator will be able to extract the maximum. All the comments that you received from us, for example, were to show you where you can and should improve as a leader. Compare your first recording of the boardroom meeting and one from this episode. Having expectations is a must, but putting it across in a positive way and empowering attitude is another skill. I am sure those comments, not only from us, made you think, about how to implement it without losing your own identity. Well done Champ, as the change is massive and well visible. I will send you an email with a letter attached. It's 3 minute-long read. I concluded there might not be a single person besides yourself who should understand the potential, taking the fact the similar direction we both think about the future of the trades in the UK and beyond.

@@SuperKillakiThe channel is branded as his personal brand, which I guess keeps it open for other avenues or new ventures in future... It doesn't really matter where the monetisation goes, there's no hiding it if you're already in the system and own a LTD company but maybe he also owns another company for his personal brand, who knows 🤷

To be fair, he’s led a team of people to generate $1.3m in a month. Like it or not, he seems very driven and motivated. His voice might not please you, but he isn’t here to please you. Yes the videos are good content for his own personal brand but there are people who will genuinely benefit from this. I also think that due to his own behaviour and actions, many people he works with try and copy him. That’s what I find most cringe. They should be themselves. Either way, hate him or love him but tell me what you generated last month? I’m 24 and only made 3k but hoping to get to 10k soon.
