At the end of the day, I admire you, you get stuff done, you have the balls and the passion, and I want to be apart of that, can’t wait to see what you achieve and hopefully I get to spend time with you and absorb your knowledge!
Great episode Joe. Love how you are unapologetic and uncompromising in your expectations of people in the business. That’s where lots of small businesses fail I believe
Hello. All the best to Justyna as I spoke to her a few days ago. Lovely girl. Your problem with filling the events is related to the sales process and one stage I don't hear about in your videos. And that is a Nurturing the Lead process. If you have 100 leads, the conversion will most likely be 2% as per the low-hanging fruit rule. The rest of the 98% is about nurturing. Either the process is not consistent enough, doesn't offer enough information that the client needs to trust themselves they will be able to follow the training, or the sales team gives up too quickly on the customer. From what I can hear you generate the lead and you are expecting to convert instantly. The other matter is your ads do not add value and are not informative enough about what the customer will get from the training. Some potential clients might hear your process worked for someone, but they are not sure if it will do the same for them for several reasons. hope this helps.
This is one of the best episodes yet. You looked like you were on top of your game Joseph. Exactly what’s needed when a business is feeling growing pains. Thanks Jamie
I see a lot of negative comments every week on these videos that completely baffles me. 🤷♂️ This company is a professional training academy that has made many tradesman very wealthy in a short few years. These episodes are a great behind the scenes watch and are very inspiring. Keep up the good work! 👊
His style does not inspire and nurture the best talent. That’s why he employs absolute wet wipes that will always bow down to his commands. He only employs sheep and not wolves. He’ll eventually get found out.
Growth is done through the pain. No easy route. Most of the guys in the team never experienced what they do experience now. So they just are thinking: "Shit, it's not going to be a walk in the park". And they are correct. It won't be, but in the end, they will be so comfortable with what most negative people can't even spell correctly. The saying is: One needs to be comfortable with uncomfortable.
