The guy in blue even grappled with the policeman and attempted to reach the policeman's sidearm. A lot of countries these two would have been unalived by the police pretty quick.

Please have your facts checked before spreading lies. Yes he was hit hard, could have become quite serious, leading to brain damage but Alhamdulillah both are well, not in ICU. BUT we need to look at the beginning, if you look at the initial video the brother at the ATM is handled incorrectly by roughly grabbing his neck even though he doesn't seem to have provoked. But the other brother saw his 1st brother mishandled he couldn't tolerate and it became out of control .
