@@momssphagettii They are good enough to be squad players, just not good enough to be, week in, week out, starting 11 players. The players that need to go are the likes of Jones, Parreira, Lingard, etc.
Wanted this guy a year before we even looked at him. I'm so happy that he came and knew that he won't need any sort of adaptation period at all. He's been a blessing
Four assists for Paul Pogba, three goals for Bruno Fernandes. This is very satisfactory start to the season for Manchester United in front of a packed house at Old Trafford.
I hope our fan base can really give Ole some credit, because he's put to the sword whenever he makes wrong decisions.. I mean, I was upset at the starting lineup seeing McFred, but I'm delighted that Ole proved me wrong.. It seems like Scotty enjoys playing against Leeds, and Fred scored a goal also, so Ole gets 10 out of 10 for me.. We still need a cdm though.. Congrats my team!!! Let's focus on the next game now..
don't forget we beat leeds 6-2 last season, southampton 9-0 and we still had games were we played bad. And we didn't get any trophy. So don't get too gassed.
@@techarch8851 thing is though. The goals weren’t cheese. We looked sharp. Need to have pogba and Fernandez on the pitch at the same time. Sancho will add an aspect that neither of them have. We are looking scary.
@@momssphagettii definitely but you can't possibly expect for man utd to buy 3-4 top signings every summer... Having two is good enough due to our board incapability for years.. We do not need a CAM but a back up RB as we have lingard and van de beek
@@username22571 of course not every window, but they sure do have to prioritise a defensive mid or 2 before any other signings & let a few players leave as well
This was a great start mentally setting themselves the winning way. This confidence is required through out the season, no matter the situation. They had it towards the end of last season. Still Believe!!.👉
Victor Lindelöf! If he can get over his back problems, he's a very, very good footballer; intelligent, great positional awareness and one of the best passers of the ball in this United squad.
Great team, great football and great win.. we must win our first 6 games then focus on the rest.i love Manchester United more than my girl friend ❤️💚💜🕺🕺
This Manchester United team can win The UCL and Prem together or one of them we just have to keep playing attacking smooth football and keep consistency
I'm so proud of manchester united today they were absolutely fantastic today..all the team played amazingly well ..well done to ole as well..great start.
I think the club owners should give the managers at least 3 season to work what they envisioned. Not just a few months only and then change to a new one. I mean Arsenal suffered from it. Man U once suffered from it too. But it's good to see these amazing players got the win they deserve. Now with Varrane to secure the back line,I think Man U needed a new CB considerering how much of a poor job they did may be a CDM as well.
Looking forward to Mino Railo's comments this coming week just to try and upset us , thing is we're so used to it now we're not moved anymore, his tactics are stale now😂 Up The We Don't Care About Any Of His Tactics And We Love Ole Reds!
I can now say that this is ole's team, it's never fair to judge a manager with players they did not choose but no more. This is ole's team and we are coming for you City! Nobody will be catching us, you watch us go! I'm dead serious!
A NEW LONG MESSAGE TOO ALL (TRUE) MANCHESTER UNITED FANS I think It’s time, that people should start putting some respect on Ole Gunnar Solskjær’s name and realise that he has continually improved our Club both ON AND OFF the pitch. I am sick to the back teeth of (constantly) having too say this, but I will keep doing so, until certain people realise, that OGS is actually doing a good job; (especially considering our owners). This team are clearly heading in the right direction and what is needed (FROM US) at the moment, is patience and not a continuous call for a change of management. Is he the perfect manager HELL NO, but he is certainly improving the longer he’s in the job. Plus he clearly also recognises his own weaknesses; prime example; last season our record from set-pieces wasn’t good enough; so how did he address that problem, by sighing one of the most promising and highly regarded set-piece specialist. Despite what people say; OGS does know what he’s doing. I’m neither Ole in or Ole out; I’m Ole has earned another season. I will support OGS (or any other manager) as long as I see progression; and If you look at the difference between the United squad now, compared to the squad when Ole took over, it is NIGHT & DAY. Plus we are easily playing some of the best football, since Sir Alex Ferguson left (I actually enjoy watching us play again more often than not). Therefore any clown, who still thinks that Ole doesn’t know what he’s doing, has NO tactics, NO style of play, or hasn’t improved the team AT ALL; they are either lying to themselves or have a ridiculous and unnecessary AGENDA. Ole only took over as manager (permanently) summer 2019, (meaning this is NOW going to be his third full season), yet people seem too forget that when he took the job; 99% of true United fans, all said that we needed a major overhaul and that we had at least a dozen deadwood players, that both needed to go and be replaced. Plus we all said, that we needed at MINIMUM a 3 year rebuild and that we would give OGS that time, (but for some reason, both that and peoples expectations all of us suddenly changed). His first six months were terrible and I believe he would openly admit that; However during those first six months, Ole was starting from scratch and assessing the team to find a foundation to build upon. Plus during that time, Pogba was out injured, along with Martial and Rashford for long periods, plus it was before Bruno signed. However since then, we have finished 3rd then 2nd in the league, reached 1 quarter final, 4 semifinals and the final of the Europa league; (an achievement which is very difficult to do, otherwise Sir Alex Ferguson would’ve won The League Cup and FA Cup every single year). Plus people seem too forget, that when we have gone out of Cup competitions, it’s NEARLY ALWAYS been to the competition winner. In that time, we’ve also remained in and around a 70%ish win ratio and continued on an upward trajectory; Plus last season, United managed to push City right the way up till April (arguably the best team in the world), with obvious holes in our squad; (Holes which are now being addressed). OGS has achieved all that, at just over two thirds of the way through those 3 years; and without getting three, of his number one, marquee signings ie Haaland, Grealish and Bellingham and he’s only just getting his fourth Sancho NOW; (just imagine where we’d be had he actually got them all). People need to realise that the main job of a manager, is to galvanise and inspire their players, to get them all invested into the project and singing from the same hymn sheet. Therefore you have to look at the attitude of the players, look how hard they have worked when Ole’s job has been in trouble for example, or equally look how the players have improved under his management; both Shaw and Rashford are unrecognisable from the players we saw under LVG and/or Mourinho; plus Pogba actually looked happy again and was performing back at his best. Not to mention OGS’s success in the transfer market (despite not being fully backed); Other than Orion Igarlo and arguably Dan James, all of his signings have been successful, either improving the first team or our squad depth; Plus he is slowly getting rid of those deadwood players, that every fan wanted gone. Plus (more importantly), look at the calibre of players that ACTIVELY WANT to play for him. There has been a clear change of culture at our football (something else we all asked for). This squad of players, ALL clearly respect Ole and have been playing for both him and the badge, week in week out; despite being knackered last season, due to having to play every three days for over 18 months; (an unprecedented number of games), leaving next to no time to recover and/or put in extra work on the training ground. I’m sick to death of the MORONS, ie the vocal minority on Twitter, constantly trying to undermine him and derail the players, plus overreacting every time we drop points, like impatient, whining, crybabies, who are never looking at the bigger picture. Don’t get me wrong; I completely understand, if your not sure yet, whether OGS is the right manager too bring us major trophies consistently; But If nothing else, he is the right man to fix the culture and mentality at our football club and is without a doubt, leading us in the right direction; He will leave the club, in a far better state than when he took over; Therefore he deserves our backing and credit for doing so. People have to stop judging Ole (and rating him so poorly), just because he was relegated with Cardiff City; Ole himself, has openly admitted, that he took that job for too early in his managerial career; and that he took it solely because he was desperate to manage in the Premier League. He wasn’t fully supported at that club, nor did he have a squad good enough, at the time, to (guarantee) their survival. However what he achieved with Molde was phenomenal; He took a team that was nowhere near winning (anything) and turned them into double Norwegian league champions, which is similar to what SAF did with Aberdeen and I see a lot of similarities between Ole and Sir Alex (especially where it comes to man management). Don’t get me wrong, that is not me saying “I think OGS is as good as SAF, because I don’t. However, I do believe he has the potential to be successful as a manager, if given time and proper support from both of us and the club. I’m old enough to remember 1991-92, when people were calling for SAF’s head, something that with hindsight, would’ve been a catastrophe. Therefore, as long as the team keeps on improving, OGS deserves to keep his job. This team is clearly going somewhere, (which is because of Ole) you would have to be blind or have no football knowledge whatsoever, not to see it; So to all the muppets in the Ole HATE crew, I have just one thing to say too you. Back the team and back the manager (win or lose) or f*** off and support another club. BECAUSE NEITHER YOU NOR YOUR NEGATIVITY WILL BE MISSED P.S. If you want to know what convinced me that OGS was the right man to manage/fix our club, please watch this: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-EmlKbg3yzBA.html
His team selection is still trash, happy we won but his favoritism towards certain players is why people dislike him as a manager. As a TRUE MANCHESTER UNITED FAN THATS MY OPINION, oh and him never standing on the sideline always in the seats pisses me off.
@@L1GHTNINGSLAYER He sits in the seats, because he watches the game on his iPad TO SEE THE GAME BETTER because of the aerial view, similar to us watching it at home. As for having favourite players, that is complete bollocks; He’s been picking the players he can trust and we will see (this season) now we finally have an excellent starting 11, PLUS A GOOD BENCH, who does or doesn’t make it into the team.
@@joshuawalcott4031 if Varane and Maguire are solid at the back and stay fit, I think Pogba & Van De Beek could play two holding mids with Fernandes CAM
These game opened up how much we need a dm. We need a strong defensive midfielder and a good right defender who can cover up or build an attack when pogba and Fernandez are up front. Pogba and Fernandez needs to always express their attacking prowess
This man United team are gunna flourish this year for sure were finally complete we have a full team for once, yes I know CDM but we can thrive with our midfield because thry defend
Yeah don't get carried away,Varane, Cavani and Sancho will start next week. Rashford will join up some weeks later. Van de Beek will hit is strides along the way too.
