Kangana Ranaut’s election from Himachal Pradesh's Mandi in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections has been challenged in the High Court. Kangana has been issued notice from the Himachal Pradesh HC. This, after a petition was filed by a person who alleged that his nomination was wrongly rejected. A resident of Kinnaur, Kayak Ram Negi, has filed a petition on the grounds that his nomination papers to contest the Lok Sabha elections were wrongly rejected by the returning officer. He was contesting as an independent candidate.

There are several elected members, maybe around 40-50 , whose election had been or should be challenged for various irregularities. I think 90% of these are associated with the BJP. Theyve certainly (dubiously) won a number of seats on technicalities, by barring or disqualifying other candidates , elections need to be re-held on at least some of these seats. Kangana is certainly one of those eho should be removed /unseated.

A very good news, she is an unfit MP secured the seat illigally. Action should be taken all other MPs who won with vote manipulation. NDA Govt should resign immediately owing the responsibility. EC is main culprit.
