And this is the reason why most seniors have pointed out the fact that Nowadays, Dental schools have failed to produce highly skilled dental graduates. Universities have failed to teach the students the basic required clinical and non-clinical skills which are essential to survive in this field. And we too have failed them as students, because we weren't good enough, even in terms of basic knowledge. This is the sad reality of the newer generation of dentists.😔 During the last couple of years,I have realised that sparing time on 'Quality Reading' is more important than spending time on 'Quantity Reading'. This somehow helped me to identify my own shortcomings. Dr Faizan you're doing great 🙂👍. I would like to suggest to please make a detailed video on Burs, which Bur where to use like carbide burs uses and where we should use. Zirconia crown cutting burs etc. Alot of us wants to see this. Please if you can help. Regards 👍✨
