I like the way she eats and maintains workout, home and work. It's only apple cider and coffee and veggies that I can't think in daily supplement. 😁 but I do drink lots of water, avoid caffeine and take non veg once or twice a week, and walk anytime anywhere. And I totally agree with the sugar thing she says. I'd prefer honey to that.
After watching most of videos in this segment one thing is clear i.e Rich =healthy options =fitness Common man or lower middle class can afford walking 🚶♀️

I’ve lost 5 kilos in 9 weeks, no sugar in tea, first meal is 8.00am, last meal is between 6 to 6.30 pm, no desert. I still eat rice for morning or lunch. I rarely eat carbs for dinner. Limit your take aways and sleep 7 to 8 hours, moderate exercise. I watched all the episode of Shanti serial, you are looking amazing
A breakfast buffet at a hotel also gets me stoked.Just the sight of a bountiful spread of yummy food in the morning. The juices,colourful exotic fruits, croissants and black coffee,assorted cheese etc.😍
I too like ..the way she said about her diet on daily basis....But guys one thing i would like to say that ...Apple cider does not suit to everyone ...it may end up with esophegus ulcer which is very painful so before u start taking it for long time plz be careful....well i am a dietician .

It seems like she's not Foodie at all....I can't survive Apple cider vinegar, black coffee, cold coffee and a piece of fruit on breakfast. I will be completely black out if I follow her morning breakfast routine. I found Shilpa Shetty's daily routine what I eat in a day best so far.
It's okay. Whatever works. I eat when I am hungry too. So, this was completely relatable. I have coffee and something very light for breakfast. And 2 proper meals. No snacks on normal days. Eating habits truly depemd on one's choice and body demands. It varies greatly. Doesn't mean, it isn't giving enough energy. Or healthy. On an avg, we eat more than we need.
Hi mandira I'm on diet plans for weight loss...I was 84 kg now I'm 68 kg it's a bit tuff to follow plans from our dietician wat we get but now use to it. The thing is I do a cheating in my diet plan as any 1 day I take off... coz I'm very very foody girl.I rush to any 5 star restaurants n pamper myself.I eat lots of cakes , sweets, Chinese,Thai and Indian meal...like dat day wen I'm not on diet I don't even leave Ice cream.. End of the day I feel sad n regret dat I broke my my diet..and my weight increases den again I have to visit my dietician n take a another plan n waist money .. suggest me something very good....like if I break my diet plan for one day so instantly wat shud I drink or eat after dat meal dat d food wat I eat shud not affect my weight at all

Few options: Handful of nuts(3-4 cashew and almonds and pistachios and one anjeer, raisin, dates, walnuts). Roasted Makhanas tossed in little butter and chat masala/any preferred spice. One toasted brown bread with peanut butter and sliced banana.. Homemade cookies made of ripe bananas, oats and dark chocolate. :)
