1. Prawns - 500gms
2. Ghee - 200gms ( 10 - 12 talespoons )
3. Jaggery powder - 1/2 teaspoon
4. Salt - As required
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED TO SOAK IN HOT WATER :
1. Kashmiri chilly - 20 pcs
2. Round chilly - 8 pcs
3. Corriander seeds - 1 tablespoon
4. Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
5. Fennel seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
6. Mustard seeds - 1/4 teaspoon
7. Pepper corns - 1/2 teaspoon
8. Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 teaspoon
INGREDIENTS TO ADD WITH SPICES WHILE BLENDING :
1. Garlic - 5 Cloves
2. Ginger - 1 small piece
3. Cashew - 6 pcs
4. Tamarind pulp - soaked in 2 tablespoon water
5. Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
