3 tbs coconut oil
4-5 dry red chillies
4-5 curry leaves
1/2 tsp crushed ginger
1/2 tsp crushed garlic
1 medium size onion roughly chopped
1/4 kg chicken curry pieces
1/4 cup tamarind pulp or 1 medium size tomato chopped
1/2 tsp tumeric powder
Salt to taste
1/4 cup fresh grated coconut
3-4 tbs above chicken masala powder
