Mene Ghar me yahi recipe dek kar banaya tha and sab log kitna acha banaya hai karke meri tarif karke khaya me bhaut khush hogai ......yeh bahut best recipe haii🥰
In the beginning when you were grinding everything in the blender I thought you would grind the chicken too😂 btw really good and easy recipe tried it and came really good
I tried this when my aunt and her family were coming for lunch. They loved it. So easy and being a vegetarian I couldn't taste but everyone said it was delicious. Thank you
Should've just swapped chicken for hearty and root vegetables like carrots, potatoes, large chunks of bell peppers, and idk Eggplant. 🤷🏾♂️ Their has to be a way to make this dish friendly to you. Look up common curry vegetables or sum.
@@shamimgrey41 and how do you buy your spices in your bare hands. Of course spices come in packets. They are ground to fine powder then put into packets for us to buy.
Good recipe but a few suggestions: 1. Chicken is over-cooked. Chicken should not be cooked for more than 20 minutes at the current flame. Otherwise, the texture becomes hard and chewy, and the natural umami taste goes away. 2. Never add room temperature water to chicken while cooking. The chicken becomes hard. Always add hot or preferably boiling water. 3. Jeera powder and/or whole jeera will further enhance the taste of this recipe. 4. After shallow frying the chicken, the oil is rich in flavour and thus should be used again in the recipe. Consequently, mustard oil can be added in the marinade and not while frying. 5. Simply too much oil is used in this recipe. Similar or even better taste can be achieved in recipe by reducing the oil by atleast 75%, and instead, adding a tablespoon of butter or ghee with the oil for sautéing all the pastes. A tablespoon of cream will also enhance the taste further. 6. A pinch or two of aromat powder in the end will make this dish much more tastier and not that unhealthy, as a little MSG won’t hurt anyone. It is definitely better than adding cups of oil to the dish.
Hello!..looks amazing. Questions : D. Why do you fry the chicken 1st and is that optional? Why did you grind ginger, garlic, onion, tomato separately? Also how long do you cook the paste before you add in the spices?
Because I make in the same style- We fry chicken so that it turns juicy and its rawness doesn't taste. 2- We grind Ginger garlic onion tomato separately so its smell and taste doesn't lose or mix up 3- you can cook the paste till it is separated oil 5-10 mins in low heat.
Tried this recipe today and didn't come out well ..The acidic taste of onions and garlic was overpowering and the whole curry taste like raw onion paste even after adding all the spices 😬.I followed the same instructions and don't know where it went wrong😑..Did anyone face the same issues?..The recipe looks mouthwatering though. It could have been my mistake.. 😭
The onion paste should have been cooked first otherwise it will taste raw no matter how much u try to cook it. I think too much garlic and ginger was used in this recipe.
