Mango Ginger Cooler (HINDI)

On Episode #5 of my #YehDilMangoMore series, I am making this super refreshing Mango Ginger Cooler. Absolutely perfect for the summer season:
You will Need:
-1.5 cups Mango, chopped
-1 tsp Chaat Masala
-1/4 tsp Black Salt
-1 tbsp Ginger, grated
-1/4 cup Mint Leaves (A few extra leaves for Garnish)
-1 tsp Jaggery Powder
-1 tbsp Lemon Juice (Optional)
Method:
1) In a blender add 1.5 cups of chopped mango along with chaat masala, black salt, ginger, mint leaves and jaggery powder. If the consistency is too thick inside the blender add a little cold water or 2-3 ice cubes so you get a light body consistency.
2) In a glass, add ice cubes, 2-3 tbsps of the Mango Concentrate followed by cold water and at this stage you can choose to add 1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice and mix well.
3) Garnish with mint leaves and enjoy!
