@@shalvisharma10 I have 3 recommendations for you: 1) Set in the fridge instead of freezer for a less icy consistency, it will take longer to do so. 2) If setting the in the freezer, after every 1-2 hours, use a spoon to move the mixture in the mould around, this breaks the icy consistency and gives you an ice-cream like consistency. It's a bit tedious but worth it for the consistency you achieve. 3) Use an ice-cream maker to get a non-icy consistency. This is my least recommended method as I feel it's an unnecessary expense. However, just giving you all the options so you are aware and can enjoy a less stone like consistency as per your description.
