No cross contamination - the hand that touches the chicken never touches the containers of corn starch or rub.

How long were they on the grill?

Approximately 30-40 minutes but always cook to temperature, not time!

We are very sensitive to food safety here at ThermoWorks and would never promote cross contamination. We utilized the "clean hand, dirty hand" practice in this cook. If you watch closely, the hand that mixes chicken never actually touches anything but the chicken. Happy cooking!
