Mango Rabdi Milk Cake | Eggless No Oven Mango Malai Cake | Indian Fusion Mango Cake | Mango Dessert

This is an easy Mango Dessert recipe that can be made in other seasons too without the mango. Delicious soft melt in the mouth Mango Malai Cake is easy to make and great to taste
Ingredients: (1 cup = 200 ml)
Vanilla Cake Sponge Recipe:
1 Cup (135 gms) Maida/All Purpose Flour
1 Tbsp (8 gms) Corn Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/2 Cup (115 gms) Dahi/Curds
1/2 Cup (115 gms) Powder Sugar
1/2 Cup (80 gms) Veg Oil
1 Tsp Vanilla/Mango Essence
Mango Rabdi:
1/2 Litre (500 ml) Luke Warm Milk
1 Packet Gits Rabdi Premix (check link below)
1/2 Cup Mango Puree (can increase as per your liking)
Dry Fruits for Decoration
Use 6 Inches cake tin.
Bake at 180 degrees centigrade in pre-heated oven for 30 to 35 minutes with lower heating rod on.
Bake in Vessel over gas stove for 40 to 45 minutes on low flame or until done. Do check after 30 minutes.
Chill well before slicing and serving
Remains good in Fridge for 2 to 3 Days
