Mango Souffle Ingredients
130g mango
30g sugar
8g corn starch
***
2 egg whites (room temperature)
a pinch of salt
30g sugar
Decorating with powdered sugar or whatever you like :D
(*) Please be noted that it is normal for the souffles to start deflating immediately upon being removed from the oven. This is a part of the reason we should be served immediately upon being finished.

Hi. Can we use mango pulp from store instead? If yes, how much in milliliters maybe?

Absolutely yes, you can add approximately 120ml mango pulp instead. In my option, it would be greater if there was some blended natural mango ^^
