Manhattan 10th Avenue Bike Lane Update 

NYC DOT said they would be doing upgrades here back in May. It's been almost a month and I don't see any related construction or any paint on the ground. What's going on? Maybe you all understand the process better than me. Let me know in the comments what's going on.
