Profiling each of them: #1) Frustrated veteran cop, might be getting old, closest to a regular guy, but also power-crazed #2) Stressed out and high-strung, authoritarian and irritable #3) A bit of a coward, doesn't like doing his job, weaselly guy. #4) An evil bastard, sadistic, abusive, corrupt and fascistic
@@isaacster5027I think even back then, it was supposed to be an ironic line, like being labelled a cop killer isn’t good enough a reason at all to spare him.
doesn't cop #2 call out "hoods" sometimes? swear I heard him say that in game once. maybe it was a different cop or maybe I just misheard what he said, not sure.
Nah I think its just BO. He could've shit himself either but I doubt this. Also, one of the Hoods comments on a hospital smell like disinfectant, this is probably from Cash's "lethal injection". Its cool how the writers brought these smell elements into the game.
These are the only characters I feel bad killing Edit: I realize the cops or at least most of the cops are quite dirty and scummy maybe aside from the first cop is kinda sounds much more like a lazy grumpy grandpa than a aggressive psychopath
@@Tekman_ I'd say Carcer City's police force was corrupt, but the people sent in might not be aware, they might've just answered a call. (Two of them are REALLY aggravating, but since Cash is a cop killer and murderous ex con (potentially a hobo, as the cops seem to think) I can't really blame them. Or they know that Carcer City is corrupt but don't really have a choice in what they do or don't. Or maybe they are just assholes. I like the ambiguity.
