You look great. You didn't gain much weight if hardly any. Being sober is so much better than worrying about a few pounds that can be lost. Addiction is far worse than 5-10 pounds. It actually means you're getting healthy. Keep up the great work! On mental illness.. It really never goes away. You just work thru it. You said you have a great support system. I havent checked you in a while and i swear to god ive never heard you say "im doing great". Im just so glad you're finally getting the help you need ive never seen you like this and ive been following you since at least 2017. Congratulations on your sobriety it really is great what you're doing. Ps ive also never heard you say you had a supportive system of any sort so im glad to hear that now you do.
A+, I've found the same hack for BPD. Doing therapy in a group makes you responsible to others, which can make it easier to stick with it. Glad to see you're doing well.
Congratulations fr that is not easy and this takes me back - everything from your manic energy and enthusiasm to the door slamming and people going by in the hall... this puts me back 17 years ago to my own rehab and i hope you keep this energy, dont give up even if you do slip up - I found you through your Deftones videos and subbed to check in, so dont let me down! :P
You look fantastic, stoo worrying so much about that. Whats important is your nebtal health. I have Bipolar 1, its not easy. I have constant mood swings and its extremely hard to explain to people exactly how i feel and whats going in in ny head. It makes me angry, and ive used drugs to cope with it for a long time. We all experience loss, rejection, self harm, and hatred at some point in our lives. Even when you feel alone, youre not alone, there are others on this journey with you even if you dont see them in person. Keep your head up.
