Welcome back to Show Plug, today on the channel we are going to check out how Fan Theory suggests ‘Manifest’ might actually be about Time Travel, here’s the evidence + other related news. Multiple hints in Manifest signal that the show is really a time travel story. Ever since the beginning of the series, time travel has remained one of the most obvious answers to Manifest’s central mystery. However, characters like Ben have rallied around resurrection as the explanation for everything they’ve experienced. In the season 2 finale, the discovery of the tailfin seemingly provided proof that the plane was destroyed, meaning that it wasn’t lost in time with the passengers. Instead, it was heavily theorized that Flight 828 was brought back to its original form several years after its destruction. The same was believed to be the case for the other characters who had experienced this strange phenomenon. Here’s every moment in the series that makes time travel the best possible answer for Manifest’s biggest mysteries.
Captain Daly’s Season 1 Disappearance. Apparently, Captain Daly was a believer in the time travel theory. In season 1’s “Contrails”, he concocted a plan to recreate what happened to Flight 828 and show the world that the plane’s disappearance wasn’t his fault. After kidnapping Fiona and taking a plane into a dark lightning storm, Daly said, “see you in 2024”. Clearly, it was his belief that the storm would warp him and Fiona into the future. Al-Zuras Saw Flight 828. The investigation into Al-Zuras yielded one of the passengers’ most ground-breaking discoveries. In Manifest season 2, it was found out that Al-Zuras - a 15th-century explorer - and his crew disappeared and returned after a period of several years. After vanishing in a storm while at sea, they came back ten years later with no knowledge of what happened or where they had been. Plus, they experienced the Callings. (Spoiler alert ) I feel after watching the last season everyone that was on the flight future selfs have sapphire some kind of way and are able to tell their present self what to do to help the world in a calling that’s why they hear their own voices when they have callings and that’s why through out the last season they been saying it feel like I did this before , bc maybe they lived it and know what and what not to do .

I think when Michaela stopped the bus from hitting that little boy it was because she met him in the afterlife. So she steered her past self into being at the right place right time and made her save his life.

My theory: in the trailer we see Cal getting arrested by the police. I think Michaela called the cops on the plane when she saw the magazine that I think was a calling. or olive called the cops because she was worried

My theory: I think Cal is the one who killed his mother, because before he disappeared he hugged her and told her he loves her and will see her again, and after that we see Angelina blocking the door with the chair, and rushing to the baby and jumping the window, then they show Cal lying on his mom body telling her he loves her and crying, but his sister is out trying to get in, so it means he appeared in the room. Also i think Cal killed his girlfriend too, because when they were about to get his DNA for the testing he was scared to hell about it. Also i think that the Major's daugher has something to do with everything, because the last we saw her was when she got that flash drive cards from her mom, and we never heard about her. Perhaps there is a chance her mom is way into the scheme because if she knew about the saphire at that early stage, maybe she know way more, and also she had her orders from someone above her, meaning someone knows more about it than the others, maybe she and dr.Gupta have their own scheme going on. Also the way things with Cal are going on, maybe Adrian can end up being right, and the callings are afterall coming from someone with bad intentions, since we can see Angelina producing fake callings, maybe the others who got saphire doing the same.

Cal was scared about the DNA because they had taken DNA samples from every passenger on 828. If they had ran his they would have found out who he really was, and since he wouldn't be able to explain how he had aged they would have locked him up.
