All my life i had been told that I’m selfish for wanting love and doing self-care or for trying to be in actual healthy relationship. I’ve been in and out with a guy and been with dangerous people because I was told that it’s better than hogging a good guy for myself. @@pragyasingh2297 hmmm, in manifestation community, SATS stands for State akin to sleep. It means when u go to sleep at night, don't use ur mobile for like 15mnts before sleep. Go to bed, take few deep breaths, relax, calm down, and close ur eyes. Once u have settled, imagine how it will feel like having what u want. In first persons perspective. If u mind goes somewhere else, just bring back and imagine how it feels like having what u want now. Keep imagining as u fall asleep, imagination should be in first person perspective. And as u sleep doing this imagination, it's a done deal. U will get ur manifestation 100%. Check out Joseph Alai manifestation RU-vid channel for in depth information.
