I recommend once or twice daily, sit down and meditate, try to calm your body and repeat them in your head for a few minutes. You can say them out loud or write them (always in present-tense). To help you meditate, search, “binaural beats happy” - play that as you repeat them. The more you quiet your mind and release doubt, the better it works.

He is really intelligent, ambitious & helpful. I really loved to talk to him and I want this feeling more.
