Amazing. I went back in time and visualised the time my yoga teacher guided us through visualisation and I manifested a girl I met on a night out getting in touch with me and sure enough 2 days later she did!! I didn’t know what manifesting was back then but we are coming up to 12 years together🥰

So the year 1 in future i did without problems and had a great visualisation, but 5 years was nothing at first with some wierd demon-like charchters poping up, and after that i had to concentrate to fight that of and see the manifestation as intended.

Great meditation. Very respectfully, I’d like to make a suggestion. I feel like the listener doesn’t get sufficient time to visualise when in the future scenery. Could you give the listener a bit more time to visualise? Maybe a bit less commentary and questions while in that stage? A new video that would take this suggestion into account would be highly appreciated!

I saw my wife having giving birth to our baby daughter right now we haven’t been able to have kids and she and I are taking some space and time apart that vision gave me hope because the emotion attached to it was unreal

Are you supposed to remember the manifestation? I don’t remember the 1 or 5 year thing and when she started speaking about a clock I was so confused. All I remember is initially setting my intention and then I was supposed to go backwards.

I have aphantasia and can’t visualize. Any ideas to work around it?
