When you’re levelling up to the higher version of yourself it can be uncomfortable, as is most spiritual growth. But the pay off is worth it. She’s right, perseverance is key.

Hi Cathy,I'm a 63 year old now and I'm the very best version of myself I'll ever be I'm sure!!! I'm a complete free spirit and feel very light each and everyday I've worked on myself for many years and live in the flow and neutrality of life!! Thats exactly what happened to me. I was feeling great about my goals. Now i got a horrible fever with vomiting so randomly i could feel not just the gunk physically but emotionally too really deep purging. Thank you for this video. Keep up the videos!! :)

WoW I couldn't understand what's happening with me. Emotions all over the place, and some weird excitement..but not in the usual way..and challenging situations coming up, almost opposite of my desire...

please i need to know the mystery behind this why is it everytime i decide on being in a positive vibration and to start accepting my life as it is and try to stay fullfilled in my desires something bad happens right after I decide this like not even joking the next day i find myself in a bad situation or a bad mood or bad sometimes what so ever i really am struggling I decided to start fillfull my desire of having money and to feel wealthy like two days ago and now guess what I’m literally going through a financial break idk what am i doing wrong it’s crazy. And nott even financial but even physically like i try to manifest physical appearance improvement and change and all of a sudden i start to notice break outs in my skin and my skin becomes pale and i look way worse than before i decide to actually accept myself….

Hi, I truly believe in the power of manifestation and I've had a lot of success with it with my soccer dreams and aspirations. And I've noticed how things fall apart before they come together. But lately I've been feeling too in touch with my body, with my heart especially, a sort of uneasiness and discomfort when I'm in a thoughtless state and can hear my heart beat, which causes a bit of anxiety at night. Does anyone else feel this way? Is this part of the process?

I've been manifesting for the past 6 months my partner asking me to move in with him I wrote the date being November, I have been feeling so amazing the past couple of weeks but the last few days I've had break downs and questioning his love for me. Is this all part of the manifesting process. ? I was so low today but put myself to bed and have snapped out of it now. Heading back upwards now and hoping this didn't surpress my manifesting

Hi Corrina, it sounds like you are totally on track to me. I don't believe we stop ourselves manifesting when we're in the middle of processing something. Quite the opposite. It needs to pass out through your system by being felt, but experienced from a higher perspective, or through self-compassion and self-belief, not letting the head talk derail you from your dreams and goals, etc. It's really helpfu; to state "this or something better now manifests for me", so you don't get attached to the form or expectation of how yur manifestation will show up

While manifesting abundance I had my car accident first and then a bone fracture in my arm. I ended up feeling worse and lost peace and money. I'm unable to feel positive and hopeful to continue

That's really tough, I feel for you, Candice G_97. While you're in raw emotions right now it's going to be hard to see through to the other side. But eventually you will get there and see the lessons that your soul wanted you to learn. Although it doesn't feel like it now, the universe always works in the service of your soul evolution

It’s really hard and god does it hurt I was so close I had the feeling I had dreams I could even smell him I had all the signs I was heartbroken but the best thing to do is keep manifesting manifesting manifesting ignore your reality n keep going I feel so much better now regardless of my situation I’m so glad I got into law of attraction and started learning more about it it’s saved me xxx

HI Anum, I think it can. If you're telling yourself positive things as a way of setting a new belief about yourself, in order to change fully you have to release the old programming that says you're these untrue things. The way through is to acknowledge that part of yourself that doesn't want to change (familiarity is preferable to the ego than change, even if it's painful), listen to what it has to say, comfort it, send it love, but be clear that you are moving forward into who you do want to be. Don't believe everything you think or let yourself be pulled down by negative emotions if you can help it. It's part of the transformation process of breaking a mindset habit.

I was listening to youtubes about this kind of thing today. I think it’s similar to what Cathy said. It’s stuff that’s countering your core subconscious beliefs and as it gets into the subconscious it’s like the subconscious mind and energy you held in the universe is suddenly vomiting this really negative stuff up that’s painful AF. But it’s supposed to be an opportunity to deal with the beliefs that you previously had no idea were running the show. Now you get to deal with them head on. I haven’t figured out how yet, but at least I know kind of what is happening. A couple days ago I did all this visualizing and feeling of my relationship with my mom being healed and pictured getting a letter apologizing. Today I got a piece of mail from her (which is very rare so I was shocked and thought my manifesting techniques worked) and instead it was her being cold, insensitive, and unloving. So I looked up stuff on when you get exactly the opposite of what you tried to manifest. I’m still trying to make sense of it. But I hope there’s a gift here or that it’s resolving a deep heartbreak in me.
