The "Impending Doom" is the best way I've found and many others who've experienced those horrific feelings describe it. It's like a panic attack and steroids, especially the first one. Prior to therapy and understanding the sh1t show going on, i had convinced myself I had cancer, a brain tumor or was having a AAA, plus usually assuming stroke or heart attack. Thank you for both being so open about this stuff. Anyone whose lived it and feels alone needs to hear it. Many people will "check out" feeling alone and helpless. Knowing you're not alone and there is help is huge. I know it was for me.
