Hello! Time Since Graduation is one of the criteria used to build your Customized List. So, if you graduated 3-4 years ago, you will include that in your criteria and programs that do not consider applicants within that time frame will not be included on your list.

What is the point of a person with extraordinary scores to use your service? I don't think it's beneficial. I have an average score and I used your service with ZERO interviews. extremely disappointed.

Even if an applicant has excellent Step scores, there are other factors programs consider when selecting applicants to interview: time since graduation, amount of US Clinical Experience, and visa needs, for example. Even if you apply to programs your criteria are perfectly aligned with, if your Letters of Reference, Personal Statement, and written sections of the MyERAS Application are not polished and perfected, it's possible your application will be passed over.
