In this ferry travel vlog, we spend 42hours onboard a tiny ferry to Palawan - this sounds so daunting. But the truth is, Manila to Puerto Princesa was choppy but somehow still comfortable.
Usually the ship MV St Francis of Xavier would take us to Puerto Princesa, but she was dry docked for yearly maintenance. St Augustine of Hippo was on voyage to Puerto Princesa for the meantime. She was was the original vessel bound from Manila to Palawan after all.

Hi there, I've been trying to book to 2go app but the time is changing to 6am departure, i don't want very early departure. What do you think about it and how many hours before you go to port for boarding? Thank you i hope you can answer me 🙂

Hi Alfie! They usually say 3hrs before departure time you should already be there because the lines could get long especially if you have extra cargo. But the reality is if it’s just you, you don’t need that much time. However, always note when you’re travelling by ferry, you need to be patient about time lol. Delays are very common and there’s a lot of waiting time hehe

No problem Alfie! Yes, there are smoking areas. Any of the outside decks are okay as long as you don’t smoke indoors :) I believe all their ships have a sun deck too :)

Hello Deniz! Unfortunately, there is no cell reception that far out at sea :( the vessel also does not offer internet

Hi deniz! Your meals are included in the price of your ticket :) for this trip it was dinner, bfast, lunch and dinner - all the meals are on set time schedules :) there’s also a convenience store if you get hungry in between those meals

Hello, it really depends on time of booking. If you book closer to the date, the prices will go up. Please visit their website or call them :)

Hello. Departure is usually Tuesday. Yung price depends on the class you’re booking, tumataas din presyo habang lumalapit ang byahe. Best to call 2go or check their website

Included po ba ang food sa 2go? grabe last time nkpag barko ako 6 uyrs old ako manila to davao (May direct pa nuon naun wala na) naAlala q sabi ng father q libre ndaw lahat ng food sa 2go ba lalu sa travel nyo na ito to be specific?

Hello lovely! Yes food is included in the ticket price :) pero it’s just your meals na breakfast lunch dinner depends sa haba ng byahe :)

Okay lang. Shared cr sya so can be expected na Hindi super linis. Pero considering madami gumagamit, pwede na sya. Though yung time na yan walang flush yung toilet, kailangan igib. Pero nakasakay kami ibang boat na may flush naman so depends siguro 😅

Hello! I think we paid mga 5-6k for 2 tickets. Then milka has other fees, I think mga additional 1,300 yung binayaran namin sa terminal for Milka and other fees
