Metro Manila was seized by the flood caused by Super Typhoon Carina. This flood caused major destruction to the area's buildings, infrastructure, and citizens' homes. The flood was deemed dangerous as it reached heights comparable to one's waist and arms. Help was needed and evacuation centers were established, creating a safe haven for people who have been victims of this disaster. Despite the chaos that ensued, many still enjoyed the rain and took the opportunity to swim in the flood. Many were also blessed that their houses were not fully submerged and were still repairable. The flood subsided after a long time, allowing citizens to clean and fix their houses to a more comfortable and safe environment for their belongings and safety.
