Very first xray n xray in ot appers to be different...guide me if i m wrong

I had distal radius fracture and was operated with k wire and external fixator, after 6weeks it was removed but i can't rotate my wrist and i feel numbness and tingling sensation in index and thumb finger, i have started physiotherapy, i want to know what to do for numbness amd tingling issue, will it get resolved

Which is better between k wire surgery and plate surgery in this same video case.

the radial wire is crossing the fracture line isn't it? shouldn't we replace with another one?
