Great Sir.... Just a suggestion.... First apply the proximal wire from base of 5th to 4th.... Then pass the distal wire in the 5th and exit the far cortex and give adequate traction and confirm with c arm and then pass on to 4th and finish.... Just my opinion... Please reply or coorect if i am wrong
