"Could not be Substantiated" A late night press release on Wednesday signed by Manipur Security Advisor Kuldiep Singh and DGP Rajiv Singh on Wednesday took back an earlier intelligence warning on infiltration by "900 trained Kuki Militants from Myanmar..". Singh had earlier said that the warning was '100 percent correct unless proved wrong"- and there was apprehennsion of attacks attacks on Meitei Villages on 28th September.
