As a neutral observer from outside manipur, i can clearly see that meitei were fully backed by the state govt ,police and their militants and more kuki's were killed. Thats why when our Army and central forces tried to prevent those killings, the meitei women would always stop them from carrying out their duty.

Such incidents of violence against women are taking place daily all over India but when watching the video of such incident of sexual violence against Kuki women, the minds of the people get nervous, although it cannot be denied that similar incident is taking place in the state of Manipur for women of other ethnic group, but it is sad that they have not filed a case voluntarily due to fear. The problem will end only if the Meiteis women speak up about sexual harassment by the Kuki tribe. The government must be sure that it will not give up the state to the Kuki Christian tribal militias who are demanding a separate country just because a few women have been victimized.
