Fun fact the team that won in the tug of war match in the beginning of the movie is the actual original team of manjummal boys , so them winning was a small sweet tribute to their true story !

Finally!! Have been waiting for this one since I watched this film. Recommended this one strongly. loved this film sm everything about this one, it's definitely in my top 3 Indian films 2024. I think the whole gang would love this movie, especially Drew, Chris and Sean. If possible bring Drew, Chris, Ralph and Sean to this show or yeah love to see them talk about this movie. They would love this one I believe.

I had to put down my boy Tucker (a rescue) 4 years ago due to a terminal illness that he had. Since then we've picked up another rescue and he's a lot of fun. But, there isn't a day that goes by where my eyes don't well up when I think of him lying on that table looking at me. I feel emotional just writing this....so, I'm truly sorry about Presley and yes she'll meet you on the other side ❤️ ******SPOILER ALERT ******** Though Aavesham has a thin plotline...it does have a very interesting narrative....we get two stories rolled into one....the narrative begins with the boys and it slowly shifts over to Ranga. I luv that there's this mystery to Ranga and our POV is through the students. So, just like the students we also laugh and believe that Ranga is a clown who gets all his cronies to do all the work. And kids being kids through their actions end up getting more than what they signed up for as it starts getting real. Bottom line: Be careful for what you wish for..... The charades sequence reminded me of Joe Pesci and Ray Liotta 'funny guy' moment in Goodfellas. This movie has more layers than I expected it to have upon repeat viewings. You wonder about his interest in these kids and then you realize that he just wants to be loved or have friends. His Instagram posts are a prime example of this but, then he also fails to see the adoration and loyalty of Ambaan. The small nuances like the ring tone (the KGF mom theme) of Bibi's phone also acts as a lullaby to calm the angry man child. Fahad brings a comic and dramatic intensity unlike a few actors. His skinny frame reminded me of a scrawny but menacing Al Pacino in Scarface. Only a versatile actor can bring that emotion despite looking physically demure. Hope it gets a sequel and Glad to see you a had good time with it.🎉🎉 P.S - the other Aavesham video comment section apparently does not let me post anything.

Good call on the Goodfellas reference. Both scary and funny. As far as our dog, it was brutal. We were on vacation and the person watching out 2 dogs called at 4:00am to tell she was gone. Totally unexpected and devastating to the point we just went home. She was almost 13 and my wife and I do not have kids, so you know what pets mean to us. Thanks for your kind words and your insight into the film. Just watched and interview with Fafa. Such an unassuming guy.

The cops could put the blame so that if they fail, they can try to use them as scapegoats. And also put minimal effort to rescue him, coz why risk everyone to save a dead person

8:24 the cop behaved like that because those thing happence in some places. Some murders happened by pushing someone to the depth and to sucide points. So they think that way. And one more thing that indian cops are lil agrrssive than american cops.

Malayali here .We do like hindi movies. Our grudge with bollywood is they don't create original content
@Infinitboundaries

17:01 why malayali people didnt like bollywood was that. They created a mask that they are the only industry and the main industry in india. Rest of indian industry they considered as regional industry. No much value. Even they distribute other indian industries film in hindi dubbed, not in orginal language. And they also took the good and great films of other industries film and remake it and make others believe that its their own content. They were doing this from ages. And also they remake all the good films and destroys it. They always try to to copy things and imitate hollywood. Their films are like over the top unrelatable plastic fancy stuffs. They are more into dance numbers in movies. Not into acting or good direction. The commercial bollywood producers, directors and actors are not into films. They just looking films as business, fame, and stardum. No pure craft. Good directors are there. But they couldnt do what their vision on screens. So they release it on ott platforms. Hindi good films and series are only available in ott streaming platform. Bollywood was ruled by nepotism. Mostly kapoor Family. That movie you said "Bade miyan chottey miyaan" was a garbage film. The main guy in that movie "Akshay kumar" he is one of the guy, who tooks all good film of other industries work and remaking it. His new film is a remake of a good tamil language film "Surarai potru". Bollywood dont have their own stories. Just remaking good indian films again and again. And pissing the whole indian industry. After a long two good films came from bollywood, but it released only in ott platform, not in theater. "12Fail" and "Laapataa ladies". Hindi films are in the hands of people who dont about pure cinema. If you want to watch good, great pure cinema, then avoid hindi commercial films and explore other Indian industries films. Especially south side (south india). Its only the south side films whos setting new standards for indian cinema. Who ever do good films thats great no partiality. But cant tolerate bollywood shits.

Honestly Bollywood films before 2017 used to be really good. Saying this as a South Indian. There were many good films from Irfan khan, Raj kummar rao, directors like Shoojit Sircar, Hirani and many others. All this shift happened post 2017 and yeah it is not as good now.

Most average Malayalis don't really have strong opinions about Bollywood, Tamil, or Telugu movies having more unrealistic scenes compared to Bollywood. These industries also often remake Malayalam movies. If I mention Tamil remaking Malayalam movies, Rajni and Vijay fans might get really upset. Older Malayalis love old Hindi songs, and even today, Hindi films offer a wide variety of movies compared to Malayalam cinema. Yes, mainstream Hindi cinema hasn't been great over the last 7 or 8 years, but there are still many good non-commercial ones. Malayalam cinema is now seeing the rise of first generation star kids from famous families, similar to what happened in Hindi cinema years ago. The decision to sell remake rights by Malayalam filmmakers is often driven by money, not the fault of Bollywood producers who buy them.
