It's still possible they haven't gave Gray Mann an official voice yet. They just gave miss Pauling one in the new update so Mabel at the end off the whole comic series there will be another update that gives Gray a voice and hopefully valve will hire you to do it

As much as TF2 honestly became a trainwreck of complaints, balance, trading, scamming, idling, whining, and hats... I want to actually see the epic finale of this comic series/TF2 in general, so many great plot twists, cleverly funny, and has a whole lot of interesting information on our mercenaries.
