I got a six pack just WATCHING this! Manny’s preparation is elite, his ring IQ is elite, his speed is still above average, his footwork cannot be imitated, he’s definitely not just “passing” the torch. @@GBHanny8 You can do each exercise in the video for 10-15 reps and thats if you're a beginner. Or you could do two sets of the workout. Up to you, I suggest you start slowly and then when you get stronger, increase your reps or sets. Tell me how it goes 🤙
@@jasonleescott754 Definitely, I suggest you take a minute break in between each exercise or complete 3 exercises then take a one to two minute break and continue with the workout like that.

Notice how his body seems rock solid and his form perfect while others seem like they're flopping around like a fish., because he is actually using only his core muscle to perform exercises while others trying to catch him are using their legs and back to push them up. Form is everything people, doesn't matter if you can last long but do good.
@dmcariaga It's probably not their posture. There are secondary, and tertiary muscles being used here. In a push- up most people give at the neck, and their abs. They probably haven't done many, or really any excercises that affected their neck much. Gravity is pushing your head down in this position. I got a jacked neck in highschool from just doing push-ups. With proper rest, and a few weeks more of doing this, it should go away. Hell, at one point my wrists began to hurt just from the volume. Eventually they got stronger, and I didn't have to worry about that.
I always incorporated some of Pac mans workouts into my running routine and just a general warm up and some of the core workout but not as much. Going to start doing his while ab routine workout. He doesn't do any bs reps either. Nice and clean. This guys work ethic is crazy and being 40plus is crazy to me. I'm 30..5ft 5..145pds. Not an out of shape person at all but even then Manny is a diff specimen
Wow I notice real quick in the beginning on the video every one that's doing the work put with PAC they Ethier take ay brake or stop rq but PAC never stop or took any breaks he went from position to the next one!! And there's alot of younger guys there and PAC is on ay whole other level!!!

My work out routine is only composed of 10 minute stretching,1 hour basketball drills for my cardio(mostly shooting variations and finishing under the rim).120 reps of core exercise,100 reps for arms( consist of chin ups,pull ups,push ups anddumbbell curls).30 dips, 200 reps doing grips each for fore arms. Another 30-50 squats and 3min jumping jacks. I do this for more than 2 hrs a day,4 days a week and I'm on my 3rd week.stay fit stay strong stay healthy.stay motivated
