Last week I saw in a forum a 4 pages pdf of the evander holyfield's trainer where he tells the 12 week training before a fight where evander does, Stamina drills Plyometrcis Bodybuilding and strength weight training Calisthenics Cardio like running, jogging and jump rope And the boxing basics(padwork, shadowbox, weighted shadowbox, speed bag, heavybag, sparring, double end bag) And neck and abs work

@@Joshua-jd1de man tyson was genetic gifted by god or nature if you want to call it like that, tyson was fat before stratign training with cus d amato, and we know that when someone who has never done exercises before would experiment a process for the first 3 months or 5 months where he or she would gain 2-3 lbs of muscle and lose 1-3 pounds of fat so imgaine how hard tyson trained, doing boxing that is a strength anaerobic exercise with a bit of aerobic part+calisthenics(theres a lot of mike tyson routines in google but theyre fake, only calisthenics tyson himself said he did are push ups,squats) tyson did neck exercises and shrugs too and exercises like jump rope and jogging are aerobic but tyson was overweight so those exercises would have an anaerobic part as well, but the specific tyson routine doesnt exist, you would to ask tyson to know.

@@Joshua-jd1de man and if you wanna bulk and gain weight i reccomend you to do the next: weight training exercises (bench press deadlift squats rows military press in the range of 5 reps x 5 sets and the weight 50%-85% of your bodyweight calf raises lateral raises shrugs dumbell fly on bench in the range of 12-32 reps x 3-5 sets weight of 20%-35% your bodyweight) with this we want to work the brutal strenght and fatigue the muscles fast and clean then calisthenics (push ups dips in the range of 15-25 repsx 3-4sets bodyweight squats bodyweight lunges in the range of 25-60 reps x 3-4 sets chin ups pull ups in the range of 3-9 repsx 4-6 sets with this calisthenics exercises we want to work proportional strenght and muscular endurance. make an HIIt circuit would help the hiit is based on 30seg of all intensity exercise x 10seg of rest and doing that until the circuit ends theres some exercises to add in the circuit burpees plank mountain climbres russian twist lunges plyometric push ups diamond to open push ups then the plyometrics plyo push ups plyo squats plyo lunges snatch with bar plyo decline push ups in a rep range of 6-20 reps x 4-7 sets and the snatch with 80%-120% your bodyweight doing 3-6 reps x 3-5 sets and the man theresthe stamina exercises jogging in a range of 10-30 minutes of total exercise without rest jump rope ladder work in a rep range of 5-10 minutes of work and 2-4 of rest x 3-4 sets sprints of 100mts-400mts going all out fast as you can 3-5 sets per session and last are the boxing purposes exercises shadowboxing weighted shadowboxing hand speed drill headmovement drill heavy bag drillsspeed bag double end bag sparring padwork slipt bag reaction drills etc.. then abs and neck exercises neck bridhges neck crunches neck isometrics weighted neck curls etc. and a last advice if you have never perform the exercises before i would reccomend search carefully and deeply in google the right thecnique and how to avoid injuries and if you have money i would reccomend you to contract a personal trainger....hopei helped you man.god bless

I’m gonna try to train like him for 2 months I won’t be doing crazy 9 mile runs though not yet anyway lol I will be doing 3 and work my way up to 5 or 6 hopefully

@@coggenstein bro went real great I went so consistently and had my first fight on the 20th of October so it pretty much built up to the fight perfect and the thing is I got a one day notice but I was already in great shape was real fit because I was grinding this, won the fight and got to the finals lost in the finals but first two fights and tournament went great basically what I did was everything except from the crazy running I did 5K’s instead and also had a day instead of a long run I’d do sprints which worked well have been thinking of following it again but this time build my self up to run 4mile then 5 etc I didn’t get any abs but u can definitely see them forming and I trained everyday except a Sunday I rested I’m still training hard at the minute but definitely not as hard as I was following this because I would do the Manny Pacquiao workout in the morning like his run an abs etc and then later in the evening I’d be training at the boxing gym so it was real tough going was pretty much doing two sessions a day but I’m back at school now 3 days a week an working so it’s hard to find a lot of time to keep going as hard as I was but I’m gonna keep grinding try to get back on the manny pacquiao grind because I might have fights coming up in January but I’m still in great shape though fully fit best shape of my life tbh 👍 would highly recommend there’s a saying or quote goes something like a couple months of consistency can equal years of training non consistently and can help u catch up on other people for example who have been boxing since they were young and it’s so true because I’d say I’m definitely one of the fittest in my gym if not the fittest and I keep getting better at boxing and I’ve only started boxing for like 8-9 months now so it’s crazy what u can do when u really put ur mind to it, for my first fight in the tournament I was fighting a boy that was boxing since 2017 and got the win over him obviously on the night it takes more than experience to win, requires heart and much more but on paper I should have lost that fight but still won so just gotta keep grinding 👊 prob mumbled on a lot lol

@@KimJongUnGamingAndVlogging I mean if your an offensive expert you should at least know you can keep running into the pocket to trade... against a defensive boxer its common knowledge in boxing. You have to set up plays stepping to the side with your jab. Manny jabs only once and the goes straight in every round.

In boxing when you say "stopped" that implies a knockout or tko. Manny lost to Mayweather by decision.
