I was about to say something similar. I was a puncher and I never favored that part of the bag. I don't know anyone else that does lol. Left hook to the body, ok... but not a 20 punch combo to that rocky zone.
When Pac hang up his gloves he will recognize as boxer who never ducked anyone! He fight even if youre young, youre bigger, your taller! He never afraid to get knockout cold, as long as the fans are happy, pac always said after the fight, "i hope you enjoy the fight" he make sure that the fans are happy and worth it to watch the fight! Similar to how people felt about Ali fighting Foreman, I would lie if I said I wasn’t afraid for Manny’s well being in this fight. Spence is a middleweight at fight night and he’s a top boxer. Win or lose as long as Pac comes out healthy is all that matters. Win or lose pac should retire !

44 Days before the fight. Manny's power is there. His hand speed (combination) is 50 percent, his foot work (weird angles, in & out / side to side) is 50 percent. One thing is 'Obvious' at this early stage is his 'HUNGER' to win. I can see in his eyes the 'Tenacity' to win against Spence. He run this morning (7th of July) at the HILLS of Griffith Park, it was a good sign - Stamina is 60 percent. He should alternate the jogging/running route (at Pan Pacific park TTHS, at Griffith Park MWF). I hope that Pacquiao improves his endurance/stamina better than his previous fight against Thurman. Spence Jr's WEAKNESS: 1.) Flat footed (fight in the straight line, always stays in the front), 2.) Slower hand speed and foot work (but he's good in cutting corners) 3.) I always wondered what he is doing on the double end bag there? Like, is he hitting it lightly like that and changing the angle of his punches just to get his body used to punching in awkward ways? I thought that the double end bag was supposed to like help you hit and move off the line so when it comes back you're out of the way and you can more or less "catch and shoot" or stay in the pocket? Can someone explain to me what he's doing?
2:43 I might be casual but I never saw Manny do that drill, I think he's preparing for a phonebooth boxing with Errol (and I think he's not giving out his strategy in the heavy bag, he just got that glove and still "breaking it in")
Did you see Manny's movement? His "gameplan" is no different than what you saw Shawn Porter do to Errol Spence the first 7 rounds of their fight...only difference is Manny doesn't have the accuracy of a blind man or the punching power of a teenager. Manny isn't fighting in a phone booth dude, those are in and out combinations. He's planning on getting in and blasting Spence with fast combinations then getting back out beyond his reach. AGAIN, that's literally the same thing Porter did to Spence the first 7 rounds of their fight but Pacman will be throwing stronger more accurate punches. Don't be surprised if you see Spence on the back foot in this fight.

Age matters...but Manny is 3x the boxer that Spence is. Spence only has youth and endurance on his side. If many can maintain his movement for 12 rounds Spence has little chance of winning...hell Porter was Beating Spence for the majority of their fight and he's no where near the boxer Manny is.

Yes no matter a fight plan heavy bags don’t punch 🥊 back nor do they have a will. So you can only hope that your strategy game plan will be successful against another opponents fight plan and will. If your fight plan doesn’t work the question will be what is your B,C or D plan. Can you or are you able to make adjustments? Sometimes the plans that we make have tendency to fail.
