Giacomo, I love the fact that Joey plays this rare instrument called piccolo bass. Four strings, but tuned up to the same pitch as the four lowest strings of the guitar. I think he plays that on the album track. Very epic melody.

There are a lot of haters of all bands that do the sword and sorcery type of lyrics and of Manowar most of all, because they're the first (apart from Dio) and the most unapologetic of them all. The fools don't grasp the symbology and are too dull to be moved by the music. For those that can understand, metal is a rejection of the modern world, it's comercialism and cheap sentimentality (both go hand in hand). Giacomo, that's why metal is so censured in the comercial media, as much or more than punk. Even singing of dragons, swords and the One Ring. Even though there's money to be made, you can see how many dedicated fans it has. The scum in charge may have absurd theories of economics, disgusting ideas of social organisation, but propaganda and symbology they know to the highest level of those arts. Uff, stoped just short of a wall of text...
Those who hate on Manowar are probably those who have not seen them live. Of course, chances are, they are whimps and posers anyway and should leave the hall.

Aquellos que le comentaron que "Manowar no está entre las bandas más rápidas en la historia del metal", olvídelos..si tienen "el ser rápidos" como "criterio" para juzgar la calidad de una banda, no son los mejores consejeros y seguro no han escuchado lo suficiente. Le recomiendo, por ejemplo, "The glory of Achilles", seguro le gustará mi querido amigo..y a esos "malos consejeros" ojalá les haga cambiar de opinión. Saludos desde Chile🇨🇱.
