+clohue Thanks for the comment! We do try to start every video with a shot of the front of the house as we did in this one, but perhaps we could hold that shot a bit longer. We usually do try to show the back yard area. I think that on this one, my cameraman didn't pan outside the back area for long enough. Thanks for watching and we do appreciate your comments!

Hi jonathanjones766! They will sometimes sell the model homes with a LOT of the furniture in it... but often they have a professional designer that brings it all from a warehouse and they own it. It varies from home to home.

+Brazconj ny101 Thanks for watching! That is a PERFECT question for this home because Dr. Phillips is one of THE very best locations for schools. This home is zoned for Sand Lake Elementary (9 of 10 on GreatSchools.com), Southwest Middle (8 of 10 on GreatSchools.com) and Dr. Phillips High School (10 of 10 on GreatSchools.com). Of course, you should use your own judgement in what matters to you in choosing schools. But great schools is a good way to get a general idea. This home also sits in a community with a fantastic amenity center, right in the middle of a triangle created by Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld... but far enough away from all of them that you are not in a "tourist" part of town. Well, this particular plan is specific to Meritage properties... and there is certainly always the possibility that they will open new communities in Windermere! But... if you are looking to build a house of this size on a lake in Windermere, there are plenty of builders who can and will build you just what you want!
