While on holiday in Belgium the farmer was harvesting the field next to our caravan site and kindly gave me permission to detect it.
I finally found my first hammered coin - and it is amazing - so stay tuned to this series to see it.
I did this over a number of visits so this video is split into several parts covering most of those visits (as I had camera issues one one).
This is Part 4 in which we find more remnants from WW1 including a bullets, shells, artillery shell balls and interesting possible military collar stud along with lots of other things.
Stay tuned for the other parts where lots more is found including Napoleonic Infantry buttons, possibly a German military button and best of all my first hammered coins which is simply fantastic.
I will show all of my finds at the end of the last video or maybe a video dedicated just to showing everything that I found - and there are a LOT!!
