Mantis Technique: Stealing Hand 

I've received a few comments asking where the "mantis kung fu" is in some of my videos. So today I thought I would share this technique called "stealing hand" that comes straight from mantis kung fu! Now, you may see similar techniques in other arts, but this is a signature technique of mantis.
