We have all heard the saying, "Hate horse stance? Looks like someone needs more horse stance!" However, this is not necessarily true. When you look at elite athletes across most sports, they rarely go 100% effort every time they train. They usually have a set method of training called a program.
In today's video, I give you an example of a program you can follow along with some tips for getting a proper, low horse stance as well a setting your own personal record for holding it for extended periods of time. I have used this method with my students for years and it has helped them get to a required 10 minute horse stance.
