example : barge vessel 4 to 5 layers high. You need the outsides unloaded and loaded , you can't load or unload the bottom containers at the inner or outerside :). The boom can't make you do that. Thats why most hinterland terminals operate with mobile cranes like gottwald & liebherr :) . Oh an other thingie : 30tons handling at 27m ... ouch ! Make something that can handle these points and you could sell more i think. Good luck with the development
