Hi...I just started working on a CNC machine recently so I am fairly new. However the manual guide used to load automatically on startup of the machine but now it doesn't and I have to use NC programming mode...how do I fix this?
Yes, that's exactly what that is. I use CC to break all sharp edges by using it after every face, call a .030 radius with CC, then calling out a left move OD length.
Also sorry for the double post but you don't need to account for the .030 CC on your UP move. You up move to the OD you wish to go, use CC, then left for length of that OD. Now CC does have it's limit (I think it will error around .2 CC) then you will need to call out an arc instead.
in 12 minutes I would have already made 50 pieces by writing the same program in ISO, this means that the graphical interface can only be used in the phases of emptying pockets or complex contours ...
50 parts in 12 minutes is just comic... But programming something like this in ISO would be so much faster... we have a program where we have all cycles we use kinda pre-written, so when I need to program something fast or just make one part, I´ll open that program, copy every operation I need to the top, make it M05; M30; and re-write the coords.... Easy as that, no fucking around in Manual guide...
@@Joshua-dg6re Yes the Mori Seiki caps is much better.. even the okuma igf from over 20 years ago was better then this.. very simular to mori caps... just draw the part and add the tool information
I don't think this is a wise tutorial. Why wouldn't you teach us how to do facing inside of the Outer Roughing Cycle because you know that TAB4 offers facing in it making this tutorial, obsolete on the sheer premise that to do it the way you suggest here is longer...
@@kuei1215Used Mazatrol for 20 plus years.. Love it. But here in Oklahoma the MAZAK customer service is non existent!!! Therefore we are moving forward with Hyundai. Hopefully I will be able to be somewhat proficient with this programming..
