This technique is one of my favorites and a must have for anyone treating upper quarter issues. Many UQ issues improve with cervical retractions and variations with sidebending/rotation and overpressure. They have to be able to get into the retraction position as pain/threat free as possible. That's where this technique comes in, some light IASTM along the occipitals then a few sets of 6 of this and re-check retraction in WB. It's often much easier to do.
